Lab 24 – Tree Species in Haskell County
In teams of 2-3 students, students first organize 40 leaf drawings into categories that are meaningful to themselves. The leaf drawings are comprised of 40 tree species native to the county. Once a taxonomy has been designed, students search for real-life examples of various trees. Each student within a team should be responsible for no fewer that two (2) species each.
Results and observations are presented to the class.
