Alterations for Advanced Exploration
Include mass and volume calculations of fixed shaped (measurable) objects as well as other solid objects such as stones. Compare density calculations of solid material to create graphs and matrices. Using previously calculated density measurements, make predictions of other material that has not been measured.
Measure the “speed” of objects sinking in fluids with varying density. Research concepts of viscosity and compare measured density to viscosity.
